The response indicates that the Working Group, whose existence was made
public in March, has been meeting to discuss the possibility of zoning
changes in the areas mentioned since at least last October.
Communications between the Working Group and the village's zoning
consultant regarding the group's goals and approaches to rezoning were
heavily redacted, as were most substantive commentary about the group's
work.
Also redacted was commentary offered to the Working Group by Village Engineer Dan O'Connor regarding the right of way in favor of adjacent land owners that exists on the Katz Property.
