MORE FABULOUS VINTAGE WEBSITES, FINDS, ETC. FROM EVERYTHING CROTON

As always, some wonderful finds...click on the photos and links.

First up, with warmer days on the horizon, by special request---courtesy of LOC, no known copyright restrictions--a scene from Asbury park, circa 1910. Love the fashions.

It's followed by an oldie by goodie, a gorgeous French cabinet card from SQ's private collection, pre-WWI--and no we do not know the name of this beautiful stylized woman with the dark eyes.

And then a great 1920's ad for the Burlington Watch, an oldie but goodie by special request--fascinating content:  "Every fighting vessel in the U.S. Navy has the Burlington Watch aboard. This includes every torpedo boat--every submarine as well as the big Dreadnaughts."

It's followed by a 1950 ad for a novelty item--THE MIKE LIGHTER...amusing....and finally an oldie but goodie--BY SPECIAL REQUEST AGAIN--a very popular(!) small putz castle by littleglitterhouses.com - again click on the photos and enjoy.

  1. Maria, that lighter would cost over $30 in today's money. Quite a bit for a gag! Thanks again for all the great content.
