YADA YADA YADA TUESDAY POST-SUMMERFEST

Many of us re not on social media, but we often get to hear about it and are sometimes sent screenshots:

***CHATTER that Summerfest seemed less attended this year and there were some disgruntled vendors. Will wait for some official numbers if they happen.....

***LOTS OF OVER-THE-TOP CHATTER ABOUT THE COMING "BLACK DEATH"/HANTAVIRUS---NOW THE FEAR IS EBOLA---AND THE WEEK BEFORE THAT, IT WAS MEASLES AND BIRD FLU----just not going to submerge ourselves in the muck; instead, this one article link got the most attention on the page---it's REMAINS the most reasonable of all the links posted but then we're fans of the BROWNSTONE site too:  Hantavirus: Stop the Spread Is Back

And of course Fauci hatred remains consistent. 

***STILL A LOT OF CHATTER LOCALLY: Bots, blocking, leaf-blowing, and banning....THE COMING POT SHOP, 100 UNIT "AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX---AND "Will care about the leaf blower ban when the village does what it tells everyone else to do"....

AND  "What's the zoning on such and such a street.......floating zones......Yada yada yada..... Again, not much new to add here. All these deals are cooked and ready to serve. It's only a matter of when and how much it will all change. We've been through this drill before. It may be easier to complain on social media, but it's often unlikely to create any of the desired changes.....
