After a long and rewarding career as an art director and graphic designer, Antonio felt drawn back to the canvas.
His work is shaped by the professional experiences, personal journeys, and creative influences that have enriched his life over the past forty years.
Antonio finds inspiration in memory, lived experience, and the transformative moments that have deepened his appreciation for art—including a trip to Europe, where seeing Velázquez’s masterful brushwork firsthand left a lasting impression.
Through abstraction, he strives to express the energy of nature, the power of emotion, and the spirit that connects them. With the love and support of his wife, whom he met when they were students at the School of Visual Arts, Antonio has dedicated this chapter of his life to painting.
