His supervising office is the Manhattan 3 Parole Office at 314 West 40th St. in New York City.....Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg Jr. announced indictments in May 2023 charging Wecker, JM3 Construction LLC, seven other individuals and six companies with enterprise corruption and related charges. Prosecutors said the JM3 Construction Enterprise engaged in multiple criminal schemes involving affordable housing projects, including The Stella at 14 LeCount Place, now 10 LeCount Place, in New Rochelle. The Stella is a 27-story mixed-use building with 380 residences, including 25% affordable units, and 6,200 square feet of retail space.
