June 14, 2021 Abby Luby 1146 Views Carmel Board of Education,,,,At a public meeting last week, topping the Carmel Board of Education agenda was the revised budget after the district’s proposed budget of $133,581,366 for the 2021-2022 school year was defeated in May. 

Preceding the formal budget review, the board held an open session which ran an hour and 45 minutes, allowing many district residents to express a wide array of polarized views from decrying mask wearing to wasting taxpayer’s money.
