YOUR HARMON BUSINESS COMMUNITY UPDATE: THE FORMER HARMON SALES OFFICE REPAINTED

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools--in short EVERYTHING CROTON.

We are pleased to welcome VOGUE NAILS to the Harmon business community; the site of the former Harmon sales office has now been freshly painted with new awnings, grass, and plantings.  Click on the photo. VOGUE NAILS - formerly Perfect 10 - 73 Benedict Blvd. (914) 271-1111

  3. As someone who has lived here a long time and seen many up and down cycles in the village, what's happening in Harmon is pure heaven. To know that the schemers and dreamers are living their worst nightmare, a Harmon that is revitalizing without scores of subsidized apartments, is really great. We're getting our classic cars as promised, the old Harmon sales office is saved for at least another decade, new restaurants on the horizon, and service businesses still here. Good news all around with the exception of HUD and officials who dream of bicycles.

  6. What's happening with that new brick building going up at Marie Brehm's old real estate office location (RIP, Marie)? What's going in there, and why does there seem to be nothing happening in recent weeks? Thanks!

    1. Assume you mean the Tsagarakis building. Well the lot was sealed according to a posted company sign about four weeks ago, and there appeared to be people looking at the space about two weeks ago. That's all we know.
