Not surprisingly, the school board went into executive session at the 9/17 WORK SESSION/meeting, presumably to discuss the litigation. PDE/DEFENDNG EDUCATION has expectedly filed with Judge Seibel. Will post if the school publicly responds but as with all litigation matters, will also expect them to say little.

FYI: Via Google AI ---a "mini en banc" panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit officially reversed the district court's dismissal on September 15, 2026. The case, Defending Education v. Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, was remanded back down to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (where it was originally overseen by Judge Cathy Seibel).
