HAWTHORNE, NY (February 11, 2026) — Twenty-six suspects were arrested during a multi-agency operation targeting organized retail theft crews operating across Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties in New York’s southern Hudson Valley. The two-day enforcement detail, conducted Feb. 5 and Feb. 6, focused on theft crews committing larcenies at major retailers including Kohl’s, Marshalls, Nordstrom...... A total of 27 law enforcement agencies participated, including departments from Bedford, Croton-on-Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Eastchester, Greenburgh, Irvington, Mamaroneck Village, Mount Pleasant, New Rochelle, North Castle, Peekskill, Pelham Manor, Port Chester, Rye, Rye Brook, White Plains, Yonkers and Yorktown in Westchester County.
