For those who don't know, the "Fried Pickle Dip" is a viral, trending dip made with cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, dill pickle brine, and crispy panko topping. It's especially good with Ritz Crackers and/or Potato Chips. Our "chef" whipped up the dip using this recipe. She brought a quart of the stuff---and poof, it was gone before you knew it.
