REMINDER 3/8 ARBORETUM SANCTUARY SPONSORED EVENT--FREE WORKSHOP

On Sunday March 8th, an Arboretum Sanctuary Sponsored event - What can I do to help?...........

(1:30-4:30 pm) --- Learn how you can help wildlife in your own garden during this free workshop event led by Arboretum President, Karen Jescavage-Bernard who will draw on 35 years of successes and lessons learned at the Arboretum. She will discuss practical strategies for supporting wildlife, answer questions about your garden, and offer guidance on what you may need to add. March is an ideal time to plan and order plants for spring and summer, making this a timely and informative program for gardeners of all levels. CROTON FREE LIBRARY

FYI: Karen is the reason why we have so many winterberry and purple beauty berry bushes (click on the photo) planted throughout our property.  The birds love them, particularly the mockingbirds, as well as possums, squirrels and chipmunks.
