Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

Last evening, 40 of our members participated in an Ice Rescue Training review at Harmon Firehouse.
This class provided everyone with an awareness level of the types of ice, rescue methods, patient care and equipment used for such events. This upcoming Saturday, members will “hit the ice” and put this training to use conducting simulated rescues.
Members from all five Companies as well as Explorer Post 2089 were in attendance. This type of training is important and conducted annually, given we are responsible for water-related incidents involving two rivers, the Croton Reservoir and several lakes & ponds.
