    "Affordable"-at what cost ?? $96 million to build 108 apartments=$888,888,889. cost per apartment !!

    Affordable! Indeed... Another way of saying wealth transfer. Someone has to pay to make up the difference. Additionally... Grants = taxes collected. So the taxpayer pays twice. Once to build and second to allow someone the luxury of an "affordable" living space
