ReplyDeleteI saw a preliminary drawing, an ugly square box! How about some architectural detail like the Mobil station or baked by Susan. Some L.I. towns require this and for Pete's sake! You've got an architect leading the planning board and this is the best they can do! Horrible planning and where is our visual environment comm. on this! The ones that have created the unreadable blue and silver signs around the village at I'm sure at great expense to us. The planning board is failing us, time for some changes!
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to the home owner who lives immediately behind the the new drug store that we don’t need. They will never see the Sun after midday again. Total disregard of the impacted neighborhood’s property rights by our Village officials.
