You can find the agenda for the 3/1 Board of Trustees meeting by clicking here.
Note: In the 2/18-2/24 edition of the Gazette--the affordable/low income housing projects (two buildings) being proposed for the Katz property sale to Regan Development (with significant tax breaks for decades), the apartment size allocations were broken out as follows:

11 one bedroom units, 11 two bedroom units and 11 Three bedroom units.
It is unknown at the present time if any other changes have been made or are forthcoming.

NUMBER TWENTY-SIX, FOR OUR FAITH BASED READERS---AND HISTORY BUFFS TOO--SUPREME COURTS BLOCKS CALIFORNIA BAN ON INDOOR WORSHIP, SHAKESPEARE UNDER FIRE, CANCEL CULTURE COMES FOR WILL, CATHOLIC LEAGUE ON CUOMO, USING HIS OWN WORDS
For our faith-based readers and history buffs too---NUMBER 26-- one of our most widely traveled and very popular series here at Everything Croton----------3 articles.....
***********************
#1) The U.S. Supreme Court handed California churches a victory Friday, granting injunctive relief to a group that had sued over coronavirus lockdown rules that banned indoor services.
The churches will be allowed to hold indoor services as they await a decision on their appeal in the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which is hearing their case but had denied a motion to suspend the ban during it. The 6-3 decision came with the Court's liberal justices in dissent. "The Ninth Circuit’s failure to grant relief was erroneous," the Supreme Court’s order reads. "This outcome is clearly dictated by this Court’s decision in South Bay United Pentecostal Church v. Newsom." 2) Yes it is the Daily Mail but similar stories are all over more "traditional" media sources...stay tuned....in the meantime:
REVEALED: How 'woke' English teachers have cancelled Shakespeare because of his 'white supremacy, misogyny, racism and classism' - and are instead using his plays to lecture in 'toxic masculinity and Marxism'
- School Library Journal in January asked if teaching Shakespeare was needed
- A number of teachers argue it is racist and unrepresentative of pupils
- They suggest teaching more works from 'underrepresented' communities
- Others hit back, saying that Shakespeare still has lessons for our time
- One NYT best-selling author said these schools are 'flushing great literature down the drain'

Catholic League crushes Cuomo with his own words......Pending an investigation - step aside...
Gov. Andrew Cuomo needs to step aside immediately pending an investigation into allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace. In doing so, he would simply be taking the same medicine he has prescribed for the Catholic Church. REMEMBERING ROY ELDREDGE
David Roy Eldridge (January 30, 1911 – February 26, 1989), nicknamed "Little Jazz", was an American jazz trumpet player. His sophisticated use of harmony, including the use of tritone substitutions, his virtuosic solos exhibiting a departure from the dominant style of jazz trumpet innovator Louis Armstrong, and his strong impact on Dizzy Gillespie mark him as one of the most influential musicians of the swing era and a precursor of bebop.
