FIRST UP, CREAMY ARTICHOKE SOUP--whether you choose your bread on the side or in the middle of your soup, this one is an absolute must on a cold winter day. NEXT UP--FROM THE FLOATING KITCHEN---we jut love the flavor profile of this CREAMY SWEET POTATO, PEAR AND LEEK SOUP WITH SPICEY CROUTONS.....we jumped ours up with a garnish of carmelized leeks sliced super thin but that's totally optional.  You'll find the recipe here.

ONE OF THE ELVES has been raving about making soups in pressure cooker/insta-pots---and says this is the absolute best MINNESTRONE SOUP recipe---it's from SALT & LAVENDER HERE.

We're suckers for a good curry--whether you choose to use white or dark meat--this is the best INDIAN CURRY CHICKEN recipe we have ever found for the home kitchen.
