Croton is more than just feel-good platitudes and lawn signs--it's active service organizations contribute to the village and the community at large in so many different ways. One such organization is Holy Name of Mary's Knights of Columbus. Here's a "Winter 2018" wrap-up of only some of the chapter's recent activities, in no particular order--it is by no means complete.
--New AED Defibrillators have been provided and installed in Parish Campus by the Knights of Columbus. This initiative was championed by Marc Albanese of Knights of Columbus and Maureen "Moh" Fitzpatrick from the Parish Council. Defibrillators have been installed in Good Shepherd Chapel, James Moore Gymnasium and Holy Name of Mary Church. SEE PHOTO ALBUM HERE
--Changing stations installed courtesy of the Knights; more here
--KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS free throw championship; more here
--2018 DONATION TO CROTON'S SEPTA; read and see more here
--AWARD NIGHT, MIKE REYNOLDS, ETC.; more here
And the list goes on and on (and let's not forget the annual St. Patrick's celebration.)
