The next time you're in Montrose (and we're there alot during eagle season and for thrift store shopping too), check out Avellino's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant.  We love it all---their pizza crust is exceptional--but especially their Potato Croquettes (made fresh so be prepared to wait), Italian Rice Balls, Coconut Shrimp, and the Fettucinne Alfredo.  On a cold winter day of watching eagles, their pasta fagioli soup could grow back a limb!
