The Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department would like to congratulate Captain and Deputy Chief Phil Dinkler on receiving the "Nurse of Excellence Award" from the Westchester Regional EMS Council!

Phil is a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow. In addition to his volunteer work with us, he is also a Lieutenant and arguably the most active member of Croton EMS as well!

So here's a tip of the hat to "2088" from all of us at Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. Well done, Chief!!!
