Cliff Gabrielsen, a Detective in the Croton Police Department, has been selected as the Youth Officer of the Year by the New York State Youth Officers Association. Detective Gabrielsen has headed the DARE program in both the Croton-Harmon and Hendrick Hudson School Districts for many years.
