****HOT across local and non-local pages and media--STILL--THE JASON ARDAY CAMBRIDGE scandal. You'll have no trouble finding all this just about everywhere.....youtube, facebook, X, Instagram.......As for Arday's book, it has struggled significantly to find a mainstream audience in the US.

The UK roll-out started 8/27, and it hasn't done much better there for all the folks that showed up to protest. YOU CAN FIND REVIEWS ON YOUTUBE; they speak for themselves. Indeed, despite a highly publicized roll-out by Simon & Schuster, initial market data paints a stark picture of its commercial reception---let it suffice to say the numbers are dismal.

****LOTS OF CHATTER about the village---STILL---being essentially divided--with Harmon being slated for multi-family, affordable housing, ADU's, pot shops, etc. Too much to go into. All easy to find depending on what pages you belong to or have access to. ****MISCELLENEOUS: Pigeons, the upcoming election, questions about who is running the Ali Jaffery campaign (don't know, contact the Croton Dems instead???), lots of online enthusiasm and endorsements for Lawler and the work of Sarcone etal.

Bikes, pedal or battery powered--are taking quite the beating, lots of anecdotal near-accident reports, and moving along, the Pennsylvania fb "measles watching people" seem to love Alex Berenson's posts on the subject
