US FLAGS ORDERED TO FLY AT HALF-STAFF IN EVERY STATE

American flags will be flown at half-staff across the United States on September 11 as the country marks the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks that killed 2,977 people and reshaped the nation.

The observance comes alongside memorial ceremonies, moments of silence and service events planned nationwide.
