Tuesday, September 22, 2026, President Donald J. Trump will address world leaders at the opening of the General Debate of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly at U.N. Headquarters in New York City.  The morning session begins at 9:00 a.m. EDT. Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is scheduled as the first speaker, followed by the President of the United States.
