We love a happy ending.....Thank you everyone for the recent help. Erik the Red is now officially back home--and officially on house arrest for the duration.
The vet has pronounced him no worse for the wear although a bit dehydrated.
To the folks who went well out of their way to bring him back to his home, many thanks from the grateful pet parents in question.
