The New law requires helmets to be worn for 16-year-olds and 17-year-olds only. It just shows you how stupid the Legislators in our state are. These morons bring their stupidity to our legislative process, while head trauma events in our emergency rooms expand geometrically. The battery bicycle/Scooter accidents cost a fortune to respond to as a result of head trauma while they claim they’re fighting increases in our medical expenses.
