ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A Ballston Spa man has been sentenced to prison for distributing cocaine while having a gun as a previously convicted felon, according to the United States Department of Justice. On Friday, Jason Brundige, 51, was sentenced to serve seven years in prison. “This sentence reflects the seriousness of combining drug trafficking with firearms. Individuals who distribute dangerous drugs while armed put entire communities at risk,” First Assistant United States Attorney John Sarcone III said.
