As many of you know Save-Mor purchased the former Unami site; they propose a building there for a new store with apartment(s)--more than one???? This is all currently under review (you should check the village website for the latest information Croton-on-Hudson NY |).

Makes more sense for Capriccio to have control over the property. They can certainly use the parking, especially on weekends all year long and every evening during the nice weather!
