The Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2024 to consolidate the Village Assessment function with the Town of Cortlandt. Village Manager Bryan Healy and Village Treasurer Daniel Tucker will be presenting a webinar this Wednesday, March 5, at noon to provide a general overview of consolidation and how a property assessment is determined.
