As many of you know, The Food Network is celebrating its 25th Birthday.  They recently hosted a party to mark the occassion, and Croton's own The Dessertist--a.k.a. Samantha was asked to make and present the birthday cake....here's her one-of-a-kind design that she personally presented to a crowd of over 3,000 people along side Bobby Flay, Giada DeLaurentis, Alton Brown, and other culinary notables.
