Is it possible its from the garbage cars from the city that they park on the rail siding near the river? Remember that used to happen with Metro Enviro all the time. Smelled like a waste basement when it rained. Great place for a restaurant!
Not that I'm aware of but the smell didn't seem to be around today. I know lots of people including local officials have reached out to multiple agencies. Like anything, it will probably take time.
Whatever it is, vegetable animal or mineral, it really stinks.
