GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN: THE RARE ORGAPIAN

Everything Croton continues its very popular series GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN....and so without further ah-doo...

GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN: THE ORGAPIAN!  The Orgapian was a reed organ combined with a piano. It was "made in 1910 by E. Whomes of Bexley Heath. The piano was made by Franz Liehr of Liegnitz. About 20 of these rare instruments were made by Whomes."  These were used in movie houses to accompany silent films.
