Village attorney reviewing same; village officials on gag at the moment. Meanwhile, on 10/17 there's a HISPANIC DAY event (at the Croton Free Library) The event is co-sponsored by the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, the Croton Free Library, and the town's IDEA Committee.
