The mother of a woman who was allegedly murdered by an illegal alien is gathering signatures to recall the progressive prosecutor who repeatedly released the perpetrator. Cheryl Minter, mother of the late Stephanie Minter, is working to remove Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano for allowing her daughter's alleged killer to be released back into society. Stephanie's alleged killer, an illegal alien from Sierra Leone named Abdul Jalloh, had dozens of prior arrests and violent criminal charges before brutally stabbing Minter to death at a bus stop.
