SARCONE--NJ MAN SENTENCED FOR ASSAULTING A FEDERAL OFFICER ON 1-90 LAST YEAR

ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday that 33-year-old Ruben Dario Loja Castro was sentenced to 12 months in prison and one year of supervised release after pleading guilty to assaulting a federal agent with a vehicle last year.........NewsChannel 13 spoke with First Assistant U.S. Attorney John Sarcone after the sentencing.

“He should have been cooperating. So the cooperative should get that part you provided, whatever identification, and allow law enforcement to do their jobs.
