Yes, the rumors were true, a potential pot/cannabis dispensary at the Dairy Mart (370 S. Riverside Avenue)---public meeting 4/14; will provide more info if and when it is verified.
The former Ossining Bakery is now a POT SHOP Dispensary-It's 2.6 miles from Harmon-Do we really need this ???? SHOW UP AND SPEAK UP ! Daycare across the street,young children going for music lessons next door!
We had the opportunity to avoid this legislatively in our village. The state of New York provided us with the opportunity to opt out of having a dispensary our mayor and our village board specifically voted to allow the presence of a dispensary in our village. These are the people that you had the opportunity to vote out of office in our last election. It was a near miss. I hope the next time we remember these moments.
