ALBANY, NY (April 1, 2026) — The New York State Public Service Commission denied a request by Sustainable Westchester for an extension to file its 2025 Community Choice Aggregation annual report, finding the request was not submitted by the required deadline and directing the organization to file as soon as possible, but no later than April 7, 2026.
