Rosemarie Raffa, a Croton-on-Hudson resident for many years, died April 1, 2026, at age 74, following a long illness. At the time of her death, she was surrounded by her devoted family, especially her husband, well-known architectural photographer Philip Jensen-Carter. A loving mother and grandmother, she is also survived by her daughter Abbie Reba, her partner Vinny Marrone and grandson, Luca, and her younger daughter Emily Charde, her husband Apurv Charde, and grandsons Rohan and Nirvan.
