Here are all 600 New York localities that said no to cannabis sales. Look up your community.
As of January 15, 522 local municipalities have filed local laws with the New York Secretary of State to opt-out of retail sales & on-site consumption of cannabis, while an additional 75 have only opted out of on-site consumption. Three municipalities have opted out of retail sales.
