TOWN OF CORTLANDT FINAL SALUTE TO POLICE OFFICER TIM JOYCE---On Friday, April 29th, Town employees,
Westchester County Police and New York State Police lined up at the
intersection of Oregon Road/Heady Street to say a final farewell to
Westchester County Police Officer Tim Joyce. Officer Joyce served at the
Cortlandt Barracks for over 20 years and was instrumental in making the
county's motorcycle unit a success. We pass our condolences to the
family of Officer Tim Joyce at this sad time for them. We would like to
thank our police departments for their service, commitment and
