JUDGE DECLARES OREGON GOVERNOR'S VIRUS RESTRICTIONS NULL & VOID, AND OREGON'S RACE BASED MASK REQUIREMENTS

For those following religious and other restrictions in Oregon----(SALEM, Ore.) — A county judge has declared Oregon Gov. Kate Brown’s coronavirus restrictions “null and void” because she didn’t have her emergency orders approved by the Legislature.  EXCERPTED---AS ALWAYS, READ THE ENTIRE ARTICLE AT THE LINK BELOW.....Baker County Circuit Judge Matthew Shirtcliff made the ruling Monday in a lawsuit brought by churches that had sued saying the social-distancing directives were unconstitutional.  The suit had also argued that emergency powers only last for a month and after that Brown would have needed legislative approval. The judge agreed. Order 6/17/2020—Face Covering Directive (signed directive in Supporting Documents—below)  General directive: All individualis in Lincoln County are required to wear face coverings during any indoor public setting or outdoor public location where a person will be in within six feet of another individual, who does not share the same household.

Exceptions:
People of color who have heightened concerns about racial profiling and harassment due to wearing face coverings in public.
