CROTON ARBORETUM INSTALLS TREE TRAIL 2018

Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton--our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools, our houses of worship--in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.

VIA THE CROTON ARBORETUM FB PAGE-- As part of its application for national certification, the Croton Arboretum and Sanctuary Inc. is installing a Tree Trail alongside its quarter-mile long boardwalk trail in the Jane Lytle Memorial Arboretum. Certification requires applicants to identify and label only 25 tree species, but the Arboretum has more than 30 native species that merit signage. CHHS senior Senator Bjorge chose the Tree Trail for his CHOOSE project. READ MORE HERE

  1. What a great project. I confess that I have a hard time relating to a lot of the Choose projects but this one is a no-brainer. Thanks so much for all your efforts.
