SHOPRITE REOPENS--BIGGER AND BETTER
ShopRite of Croton was officially reopened today, with a ribbon-cutting by Mayor Greg Schmidt and store manager Lori Hodgkinson. Also on hand were Deputy Mayor Bob Anderson and Trustees Ken Walsh, Ann Gallelli and Brian Pugh. Anne Kennedy accepted a generous donation of $1,000 on behalf of the Croton Caring Committee.
The store has been extensively expanded and renovated, adding a prepared foods department with an in-store grill, a floral department and a larger selection of organic and gluten-free products. READ MORE AND SEE THE REST OF THE PHOTOS HERE http://bit.ly/2y0X8Md
SHOPRITE ALSO HAS A VERY SUCCESSFUL PLASTIC BAG RECYCLING PROGRAM AND REUSABLE BAGS AVAILABLE AS WELL. CLICK ON THE PHOTO.
It was stressful during construction in the parking lot but in the end, worth it and quite the investment in the community.
