ASPHALT PILE REMOVAL HAS BEGUN @ BLACK ROCK IN CROTON, THANK YOU
For those of you who missed it, Everything Croton received an email today that the asphalt piles at Black Rock were being removed as of approximately 7:30 am this morning. Your editor joins with other Village and Town residents in thanking everyone who became involved, particularly Mr. Daniel Shure who kept the ball rolling on this one, and to the Croton resident who provided photos for posting. A small portion of the asphalt millings will remain on site to be used in culvert work.

Let's hope something like this never happens again.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to this crowd, you have to do more than just hope. You have to watch and watch and watch.
ReplyDeleteAlso thank you everyone.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU FOR YOUR VIGILANCE! yay...
ReplyDeleteThank you to the public for getting involved and putting an end to the village dumping. Some new landscaping has been made at the park and I truly believe that had it not been for the public and the fact that this is an election year, things would not have gotten a little better there.
