Mayor Wiegman and Trustee Gallelli have spent the better part of a year secretly assisting "Something Good in the World" (SGITW) in establishing an “Earth School” in the most useable areas of the Gouveia property.  After these covert goings-on were exposed, the Village Board decided to create a citizen “ad-hoc" committee "to provide a report on appropriate potential uses for the property.”  Trustees Gallelli & Slippen and Croton Democrat candidate Pugh claim: "Let's be clear, no decisions have yet been made about how the property will be used."  Really?
