SECOND GOUVEIA FOIL REQUEST RESPONSE NOW ONLINE: GALLELLI, GOUVEIA, WIEGMAN AND SOMETHING GOOD IN THE WORLD

As mentioned, the second foil request response from the village regarding the Gouveia/Something Good/Gallelli/Wiegman activities was finally received after a wait of almost 6 weeks. It is now online with apologies for the delay--but again, as mentioned, it was two pdf files, over 11MB, and well over  a hundred pages. For reasons that are unclear, there are many duplicated pages; redactions have also been made to "protect the privacy" of certain individuals.

Note that we won't be enjoying that pond as much as were promised.

Let it suffice to say that there is nothing in here that "exonerates" in the slightest, the actions of the mayor, Mrs. Gallelli, or Something Good in the World.  Despite this, the board continues to advertise for volunteers to serve on ad hoc committee to "decide" what to do with the property (as if Something Good is not there and they've done nothing) "IF" the village DECIDES TO TAKE the property.
