Maybe ICE would function better with local assistance. Nobody knows the local community like local LE.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it would lower the number of adverse incidents.. These decisions on local involvement should not be used as a platform to get elected or re-elected. Imagine being local LE and to have been kept out of a situation where something went bad that could have been prevented with local collaboration.
