The Planning Board will hold an initial presentation and discussion of a Special Permit and Site Plan application from Carmel Riverside LLC to construct a 49-unit multifamily residential building at 425 South Riverside Avenue, replacing the existing commercial building that houses a gymnastics facility, a mirror and glass store, and a lawn equipment and tractor repair shop.
