CORTLANDT HOME DEPOT SHOPLIFTING INCIDENT, THREE PEEKSKILL MEN ARRESTED

A Home Depot shoplifting investigation in Westchester led to the arrest of three men, including a driver whose blood alcohol content was nearly four times New York's legal limit, according to New York State Police.

Troopers responded to a reported larceny at the Home Depot on Main Street in Cortlandt at approximately 12:31 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, state police said. Loss prevention employees told troopers that three men had left the store and were traveling west toward Peekskill after attempting to steal merchandise, according to police.....During the investigation, the driver, Jonathan Maldonado, 27, of Peekskill, showed signs of intoxication, according to state police. ......Caguana-Uzho and Quinatoa Osorio were each charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. They were issued appearance tickets directing them to appear in Cortlandt Town Court on Monday, Aug. 24, police said.
