SYRACUSE, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A Utica man has pled guilty to federal child pornography charges earlier in the month, according to a statement by the United States Department of Justice.
Assistant US Attorney John Sarcone announced on Monday, July 20 that 43-year-old David McMurray of Utica pled guilty on Wednesday, July 8 to accessing with intent to view child pornography.
