As you know, the village/VENDOR???? inadvertently released essentially the preliminary/draft/you get the idea paperwork/application for 425 S. Riverside. The Croton.News site posted the information----then removed it at the village's request; here is the actual final paperwork, which looks very much like the inadvertently released material, but who knows.
